meditation haiku triptech

    the still pond at rest,
holding the clouds and soil
together at once.

wind comes, water moves.
fish feed, soil blooming upwards
stillness vanishes.

only moonlight now,
night sounds overtake clear sight
pond breathes, sleeps and dreams.

love after love

taking the old loves
with all their imperfections
weaving what was lost
with the things that were not
the work of this world and the next
the work of redemption and the unraveled hex
the work of Orpheus
weaving. weaving, weaving what was lost
